MENA RAIL Transport Consultants is a joint venture engineering consultancy firm founded in 2001, after a signed protocol of co-operation between the Ministry of Transport in The Netherlands & The Ministry of Transport in The Arab Republic of Egypt deciding to intensify their co-operation not only in Egypt, but also in the region of Middle East & North Africa.
